Bill Maher Jokes About Murdering Katherine Harris

Liberals can get away with saying just about anything on TV. 

Alec Baldwin suffered no consequences when, during Clinton's impeachment, he urged the audience of "The Conan O'Brien Show" to search out House Judiciary Chairman Henry Hyde [and his family] and "stone him [them] to death."

When Craig Kilborn's "Late Show" superimposed the caption "Snipers Wanted" over the image of George W. Bush last summer, the Secret Service said it would investigate. But once again, nothing happened.

Now "Politically Incorrect's" Bill Maher has gotten into the act, according to Boston Herald columnist Howie Carr. Maher offered a joke Thursday night suggesting that Americans would like to see someone "murder" Florida Secretary of State Katherine Harris.

Noting the heli-cam coverage of the Ryder truck carrying ballots earlier in the day to Tallahasse, Maher mused: "For a few brief moments, America held the hope that O.J. Simpson had murdered Katherine Harris." 
 

Additionally, aided by the false affidavit, Mr. Boies used dicta, or extraneous language, from the Pullen decision to make it appear as though "dimpled chads" were counted as votes, when in fact just the opposite was the result in Pullen.

Today's NY Post reports that Mr. Boies is laboring under an ethics investigation in New York State, as he is presently accused of paying a fact witness to testify. www.nypost.com/gossip/pagesix.htm

If but for that fact, they might be running through the jungle with a spear in their hand, looking for their next meal; instead, most have their next meal brought to them already killed, skinned, cured, and cooked!
 

As a young man newly in the military, I recall being on a train heading to my new station in Illinois. As I started into the dinning car to have a meal, I was stopped by a burley man who sternly informed me I couldn't go in. When I asked why not, he said service men weren't allowed in the dinning car. This really pissed me off, and I gave him a ration of Shit, where upon he informed he would report me to my OIC. Having just finished basic training I was conditioned to take orders, so I backed off.

I have never forgotten that episode in my life, and the feeling of being discriminated against, as well as not standing up for myself; it left a "bitter taste in my mouth."

From this experience I can only guess how I would feel if I were confronted by this kind of treatment every day of my life. I probably would not handle it nearly as well as those who swallow hard, bite their tongue, and continue on...

And how would I feel seeing this happening to my Mother, my Wife, or especially, to my Children.
 

The so called "Forth Estate," is the most undemocratic, unrepresentative, and powerful arm of our Republic. A very scary thought indeed!
 

It is a 'P C' thing to make the Very Stupid among us, feel good about themselves: "Oh, look at me, I Recycle." 

Recycling hasn't "Saved" a Damn thing! 
We as taxpayers pay more to recycle our "garbage" (read that HIDE) than we save. The only demonstrable savings comes from aluminum cans--and that's from power consumption not the material itself.

If recycling were profitable, you can bet we would see the Hype as to "how much we are saving."
 

This particular prayer caused quite a stir. A Kansas minister named Joe Wright was asked to give the opening prayer for a session of the Kansas Senate. He offered the senators a bit more than they'd bargained for and, in fact, some of them were so offended that they walked out. Afterwards, the minister's church was swamped with supportive phone calls and he has been receiving requests for copies from all over the world. 

Here is what Rev. Wright said: 

"Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask Your forgiveness and to ask Your direction and guidance. We know Your Word says, Woe to those who call evil good but that is exactly what we have done.

We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values. We confess that We have ridiculed the absolute truth of Your Word and called it Pluralism. 

We have worshiped other gods and called it multiculturalism. 

We have endorsed perversion and called it alternative lifestyle. 

We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery. 

We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare. 

We have killed our unborn and called it choice. 

We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable. 

We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self-esteem. 

We have abused power and called it political. 

We have coveted our neighbors possessions and called it ambition. 

We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of statement. 

We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment. 

Search us, Oh, God, and let know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and set us free.
Guide and bless these men and women who have been sent to direct us to the center of your Will, and we ask it in the name of Your Son, the living Savior, Jesus Christ.

Can you regain the freedom, for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage, or the faith to stand with pride? Are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children, live in fear and be a slave?

One of my friends in Norfolk, forwarded me this letter that was sent to his command.  It was written by an officer who flies SH-60B’s off the USS Hawes.  I thought you might like to read it.

"It wasn’t until a few days ago though, that we started doing something that I feel may be the first thing I’ve seen in my short Naval career that has truly made a difference.  Right now we’re supporting the USS COLE and her crew in Aden.  When the attack occurred we were a day away.  Just by luck we happened to be on our way out of the Gulf and headed towards the Suez and could get here in a relatively short amount of time.  I know what you all have seen on CNN, because we have seen it too.

I just want you all to know that what you see doesn’t even scratch the surface.  I’m not going to get into it for obvious reasons.  But I will tell you that right now there are 250+  sailors just a few miles away living in hell on Earth.  I’m sitting in a nice air conditioned state room, they’re sleeping out on the decks at night.  You can’t even imagine the conditions they’re living in, and yet they are still fighting 24 hours a day to save their ship and free the bodies of those still trapped and send them home.  As bad as it is, they’re doing an incredible job. The very fact that these people are still functioning is beyond my comprehension.
Whatever you imagine as the worst, multiply it by ten and you might get there.  Today I was tasked to photo rig the ship and  surrounding area.  It looked so much worse than I had imagined,  unbelievable really, with debris and disarray everywhere, the ship listing, the hole in her side.  I wish I had the power to relay to you all what I have seen, but words just won’t do it.  I do want to tell you the first thing that jumped out at me - the Stars and Stripes flying.  I can’t tell you how that made me feel...even in this God forsaken hell hole.
Our flag was more beautiful than words can describe.  Then I started to notice the mass of activity going on below, scores of people working non-stop in 90 plus degree weather to save this ship.  They’re doing it with almost no electrical power and they’re sleeping (when they can sleep) outside on the decks because they can’t stand the smell or the heat or the darkness inside.  They only want to eat what we bring them because they’re all scared of eating something brought by the local vendors.
Even with all that, the USS COLE and her crew is sending a message guys, and it’s that even acts of cowardice and hate can do nothing to the spirit and pride of  the United States.  I have never been so proud of what I do, or of the men and women that I serve with as I was today.  There are sixteen confirmed dead sailors who put it on the line for all of us, and some of them are still trapped here.

Please take a minute to pray for their families and say a word of thanks for their sacrifice - one made so that we can live the lives that we do.  All of you that serve with me, thank you.  All of you that have loved ones that serve, thank you."
